Recipe: No-Bake Canna-Caramel Cheesecakes - in a Jar!


Creamy, rich cheesecake combined with delicious salted caramel - is your mouth watering already? I know mine is :) The only drawback to homemade cheesecake is the long cook time and the fickle nature of the cooking process - but not anymore! With this simple recipe, you can create personal-sized salted caramel cheesecakes in no time, with no baking required! We use a prepared caramel sauce enhanced with 2 of our Relax 50mg THC cannabis caramels (available at retailers across Oregon) to add a light THC dose and Myrcene and Linalool terpenes, for a dessert that’ll guarantee a great end to your night.

The recipe as described below will yield 4 large personal cheesecakes in quart-sized mason jars, with an approximate THC dose of 25mg each - consider splitting a cheesecake with a friend if you’d prefer a lower dose experience, eat half and screw the top on the jar to store your leftovers in the fridge for later enjoyment, or use smaller mason jars to create mini medicated cheesecakes for an edibles-based dinner party!



12 graham cracker sheets (24 individual crackers)
11 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 tbsp sugar
2 packages cream cheese, room temperature
1 can sweetened condensed milk (14oz)
Juice of 1/2 large lemon
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 can (approx. 120g) of caramel topping sauce
2 Periodic edibles Relax Cannabis Caramels


  1. Place the graham crackers in a large plastic bag and crush thoroughly with a wooden spoon or rolling pin to create a graham cracker crumble for the crust.

  2. Pour the graham cracker crumbs into a small mixing bowl, add sugar and melted butter. Mix until combined.

  3. Place an even portion of the crust mixture into the bottom of each mason jar, pressing down with the back of the spoon to form a crust. Freeze for 10 minutes and then place in the fridge while assembling the cheesecake layer.

  4. Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth. In several small additions, add the whole can of condensed milk and incorporate completely. Add the lemon juice and vanilla and mix thoroughly until silky.

  5. Split the cheesecake filling into 4 even portions and add a portion to each mason jar. Refrigerate jars for 2 hours, assembling infused caramel sauce while you wait.

  6. To assemble caramel sauce, cut the 2 Periodic edibles cannabis caramels into small pieces for easy melting, and melt down over a gentle double-boiler. Once the cannabis caramels are completely melted, add the non-infused caramel sauce and mix thoroughly to evenly distribute the THC and terpenes throughout the entire caramel mixture. Allow the caramel to cool completely before adding to jars.

  7. Once the cheesecake layer has completely set, gently spoon caramel sauce evenly over top and gently tip to evenly distribute the caramel layer across the cheesecake, garnishing with course sea salt if desired.
